Job responsibilities:

1. Monitor the overall operation of international projects, ensure that the progress, cost, and quality of each international project meet established requirements, and organize a review and supervision of major project anomalies 2. Organize project summary and evaluation meetings, collect common requirements and issues of each project, support department leaders and project managers in analyzing requirements and problems, propose solutions, and track implementation to complete closed loops 3. Improve the project management system and standards, supervise the project manager to carry out work according to established procedures 4. Full process support for project management, including project pre research, project initiation, proposal, implementation, and closure stages 5. Assist department leaders in completing other tasks

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, automation, and management 2. More than 3 years of experience in new energy and automation project management 3. More than 3 years of international project management experience, familiar with European and American regional culture and local laws and regulations 4. Familiar with the composition of the main products in the new energy and automation industry, as well as the entire process of development, design, manufacturing, and procurement 5. Familiarize oneself with relevant quality management system documents
