Simulation design

Proficient in the use of mainstream large-scale commercial CAE software such as MSC series (such as PATRAN, NASTRAN, MARC, and ADAMS), FLUENT, FASTRAN, ANSYS, and ABAQUS, with rich engineering experience in multiple fields such as finite element modeling, product design, structural reliability, and fatigue life analysis. Able to conduct finite element simulation analysis and reliability evaluation of products and key important components (such as components that are prone to failure or have serious consequences after failure), combined with their structural strength design, especially for large and complex engineering structural products with highly nonlinear states (such as rocket engines, high-speed locomotives, ships, etc.), and identify weak links in product design. Improving design can greatly enhance the market competitiveness of products and strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises

Fixture design

The natural frequency and vibration transmission rate of the vibration test fixture must meet the design and testing requirements. The rationality of the design determines the authenticity and reliability of the vibration test. Traditional fixture design neglects the influence of orthogonal vibration coupling and other factors, causing the tested object to be in an over tested state, and in severe cases, it may damage the tested object

Su Shi has strong experience in tooling design and can design and produce corresponding tooling according to the actual needs of customers.

. This can effectively help customers solve the difficulties of non-standard testing, as there are a large number of wear and durability testing fixtures available

modal analysis

Vibration mode is an inherent and holistic characteristic of elastic structures. By using modal analysis methods to understand the characteristics of the main modes of a structure in a susceptible frequency range, it is possible to predict the actual vibration response of the structure under the action of various external or internal vibration sources within this frequency range. Therefore, modal analysis is an important method for structural dynamic design and equipment fault diagnosis

The actual vibration modes of machines, buildings, aerospace vehicles, ships, automobiles, etc. are different.

. Modal analysis provides an effective way to study various vibration characteristics. Firstly, the structure is artificially excited in a stationary state, and the mechanical admittance function (transfer function) between any two points is obtained by measuring the excitation force and response and conducting a dual channel fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis. By using modal analysis theory to fit the curve of the experimental admittance function, the modal parameters of the structure are identified, and a modal model of the structure is established. According to the principle of modal superposition, with various load time histories known, the actual vibration response history or spectrum of the structure can be predicted, and the modal parameters of the system can be identified, providing a basis for the analysis of vibration characteristics, diagnosis and prediction of vibration faults, and optimization design of structural dynamic characteristics of the structural system
